Stephanie Lee School - Customer Terms & Conditions

None of us are fans of small print, but we also think it’s great to know what to expect when we buy products and services as customers - so here’s our terms and conditions - we’ve made them as easy to read as we possibly can.

Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings will be confirmed online via our portal. Subscriptions will be taken on the 1st of each month. If you start midway through the month, you will be charge the full month up front, then subscription from the following 1st of the month and every month there after until cancellation (sibling rate available at 20% discount).

All bookings must be made in advance of the selected booking date unless you have been given approval to pay on the day.

For safety reasons Stephanie Lee School can only guarantee a place on the class or workshop to those booking in advance and if there are places available at the time of booking.

You must book online prior to arrival either as a full member or as a trial member. 1 week trial can be booked if you wish to trial before committing to a monthly subscription.

All participants must ensure they are able to attend the activity and meet the conditions for such event as described on our website.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis on receipt of a booking form and payment.

All participants must complete the booking form provided giving contact details and any relevant medical and allergy information. Stephanie Lee School Staff will not be permitted to administer any medication to your child. A First Aider will be on hand to offer emergency assistance if required. Stephanie Lee School Staff and all working on behalf of the school will follow an up to date risk assessment and do their best to maintain a safe working space and offer a reasonable duty of care, however we can not be held liable for any accidents or incidents that happen whilst the child is in our care.

Waiting List

If a class or camp is at it’s maximum capacity, you will see this online and have the option to join a waiting list. When a space becomes available, the first customer will be notified and offered that place, and so on.

Stephanie Lee School cannot guarantee any places for those on the waiting list.

Cancellations and Refunds

There are no refunds or price amendments for missed or cancelled classes for any reason.

Should a class or camp not have enough participants booked on, we reserve the right to cancel, in this event a full refund will be given.

Subscriptions - We require one month’s notice from the last payment. At this point, your subscription will stop and you will be able to continue classes for the remainder of the month. For example: If you are billed on 1st July and cancel on 14th July, you will be charged the full subscription on 1st August as a last payment.

If the event has to be cancelled by The Boom Academy due to adverse weather conditions, customers will be contacted straight away to be informed the class is temporarily cancelled. Customers will then be offered an alternative event date but this can not always be guaranteed.

Stephanie Lee School will not be held responsible for fees incurred or lost due to cancellations.

Prices and Payments

Classes are paid via monthly subscriptions and Camps in full at the point of booking. There may be an option to pay a deposit for camps, in which case the remainder is due by the date set when booking - prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect bookings already made unless in the case of monthly payments where prices will be reviewed on an annual basis and Customers will be notified of the price change.
